Purchasing land is advantageous since it appreciates over time.

All I can say is that I wouldn't invest in forum services, try to look around in some business discord servers like TRIBA Business Community, you can find some pretty hard core businesses.
If u have an actual big amount of money that you can spend then you should spend a bit more time to expand your IRL knowledge u can find a lot of investment ideas IRL

I wouldn't put much money on a service that is run in a forum where there is no guarantee that it will endure long.

How sufficient are we talking about? if i would have a few mill, would deff invest into real estate.

But if we talking like 50-100k, would probably stake crypto, as i think its to big now to fail lol.

Most likely i'm gonna live my dream life and donate some cash in charity, i would probably think about investing in forex or stocks

Honestly, probably not the best idea, but it has always been my dream (at least for the past 3-4 years) to open a chain of gyms (ex. Blink Fitness, Equinox, etc) and just live from the passive income generated from them and just workout and see a bunch of people reach their fitness goals.

Setting realistic goals and identifying your areas of interest is beneficial.

It could be useful in another location.

You may believe that when you buy, it will just run through earnings and but you must develop and work harder to see a favorable influence.

How to make large amounts of money with stocks: Find a big brand and wait until they deside to release something important (Like apple releasing a new phone) Before launch day Buy hella stocks and wait a few days guaranteed 20-50% increase value. @winter
